MobilityData Announces New Board Leadership

Audrey Taillefer, Nina Kin, and Andrew Salzberg were elected by MobilityData members to the Board of Directors.

MobilityData is pleased to announce the results of its 6th Annual General Assembly (AGA), held on February 26, 2025. Our members have elected Audrey Taillefer (World Anti-Doping Agency) to join the Board of Directors and re-elected Nina Kin (LA Metro) and Andrew Salzberg (Climate Imperative Foundation) to continue their service. They join Gemma Schepers (City of Amsterdam), Logan Nash (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority), Masaki Ito (University of Tokyo), and D. Taylor Reich (Institute for Transportation and Development Policy) on the board.

At the first board meeting following the election, Audrey Taillefer was elected as the new Board Chair. She succeeds Elsa Bruyère, who concludes her tenure after reaching the six-year term limit.

We take this moment to recognize the invaluable contributions of Elsa Bruyère, whose leadership and dedication have been instrumental in guiding MobilityData’s growth and impact on the transportation data ecosystem.

“Elsa has played a key role in shaping MobilityData into the organization it is today,” said Eric Plosky, Executive Director of MobilityData. “Her leadership, insight, and passion for open mobility data have left a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for her service. At the same time, the re-election of both Andrew and Nina shows how our leadership is stable and trusted, while adding Audrey to the board gives us a fresh perspective to enable our continued growth. In other words: we have a balance of continuity and new ideas. We’re excited to move forward!”

“I’m honored to step into the role of Board Chair at MobilityData and to continue building on the strong foundation laid by Elsa Bruyère,” said Audrey Taillefer. “MobilityData plays a crucial role in advancing open mobility data standards, and I look forward to working alongside this dedicated board and team to drive innovation and collaboration in the transportation ecosystem.”

We significantly expanded the board in 2024, adding more regional diversity and various expertise. We are maintaining this trend in 2025, ensuring that MobilityData benefits from a strong, engaged, and diverse board. Thanks to all the board members for their dedication and continued engagement with our organization.
